As now leader of the Pride, Kiara (the kings daughter) cleaned her fur as her emerald eyes shone under the stars. She sharpened her claws on the ruble below. She lay her head on her silky paws and yawned Attachments:

Jabari, son of Kovu and Kiara, jumped away. But it was only a bug, but everything around him frightened him. He had been plagued with nightmares since birth, and the blades of grass, the sky, the animals, had meanings that others couldn't see. He thought he was going mad. The only one who didn't think so was Rafiki, who saw something in the cub that the cub couldn't even see. "Stop talking to me!" he said to the grasslands. "You can't talk!"
He ran, trying to get away from something that he couldn't get away from at all.

As the female lioness Zuri, (daughter of Simba, and Nala) walked to the edge of the watering hole she bent her head to the surface and lapped up some water. She decided to wade into the water to bathe. When she was clean she felt as if she was being watched... she turned around to see Zumbii (son of Kovu and Kiara) smiling at her. She realizes Zumbii likes her, and is trying to court her to be his mate. She backs up out of the water as he slowly walks to her when he reaches her he circles around her then when they are nose to nose he whispers in her ear, " Will you be my mate?"  |
