Koda made his way across the dried ground bored and hungry as due to the drought that affecting all of the Pride Lands and yet Koda could not leave as he had no other place to go, the only exciting thing going on was that he had heard rumors that the real King Simba was returning but he wasn't sure he believed that as he had heard so many rumors and none of them had come true yet.
Sighing he walked towards where the water-hole used to me and went to find some water which he did even though it was almost just a puddle but it was the best he could do for now, sniffing the air he looked around for food but it seemed all the prey had left and he really couldn't blame them considering there was really nothing here.
He turned his head to Pride Rock glaring at it because he knew that was where Scar was, he didn't treat anyone kindly and even treated SImba's mother Sarabi as crap but Koda was too young to defend her and would just get himself killed if he tried facing him, he sighed again and headed back to his den near pride rock trying to avoid getting into contact with Scar.
