Ok guys, here's the deal: after Shujaas death, Scar n Zira have to have someone to pay for it... So I've been thinking they might want to have Bakari, Tojo, Bendari and Nala executed. Zira gets Bakari, but maybe Sarabi and the lionesses intervene and thus they all end promptly exiled into the outlands? Maybe they escape the pursuing hyenas through dead river; after Shujaas death, it starts raining and dead river floods. Then Tojo and the lionesses would be taken for dead, but in reality they wash up in the jungle, where they meet Simba? Then we could advance time a bit, so Simba is an adult, vitani and Kovu exist and whatnot, and then we do the murdere sequence, starring Simba? |

And I agree with Kovu. Me like, too.
I'll probaly have Tojo all resentful of Simba's presence, since obviously that means he and Nala are finished and Simba's gonna take her away from him, and then Tojo will be like "You've lived in a jungle all your life with a meerkat and a warthog eating bugs, and you want to be king?!? While I've been fighitng Scar all these years? Yeah right!"
Maybe Tojo can (reluctantly) help Simba usurp power from Scar (sort of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend" deal.) But he gets all upset when Simba takes total power, challenges him, and gets exiled. Then, here's my interesting idea: Zira needs new cubs, right? Smeone to take Scar's place. But since Nuka's an inbred freak and Shujaa died from inbreeding, she can't mate again with Scar. Buuuutttt, what about the angry, against-Simba Tojo? They make a mutual agreement and bing-bam-boom, Kovu and Vitani happen. What say you?

Oh, I can totally see Vitani as Tojo's daughter! But I don't see why Zira has to be the mother? I mean, Zira and Scar, can just walk around the Pridelands and pick a few cubs to raise as theirs and the parents would have no say in the matter. They'd pick Kovu because he looks like Shujaa, and Vitani... maybe she can be like the next Nala while Kovu would be the future King and the equivalent of Simba. They might want to raise Vitani as well to ensure her absolute loyalty.
This would also mean that if Kovu is predetermined to marry Vitani, the Outlanders would be expecting him to break Kiara's heart in the end. But he betrays them by choosing not to.
So now he gets his daughter stolen. Won't fortune ever smile on poor miserable Tojo? |

I figured we were going the route of Vitani and Kovu are siblings. That way, maybe we can take Vitani's character andtwist it a bit. What if she was older than Kovu, but Scar passed over her because she's a female? That would tick anyone off. I'm just struggling with the idea of Scar and Zira (no offense here) miracuously discovering Kovu and Vitani at the local CubMart. (Lol)
Or maybe Vitani is Tojo and Zira's cub, but Scar's unhappy that she's female, so they can discover Kovu who looks like Shujaa and is male, and decide to make him the new heir? This would be more plausible than BOTH Vitani and Kovu being discovered. And then it would be legitimate for Kovu to supposedly marry Vitani, since she's Tojo and Zira's daughter. No inbreeding.

But I don't really see the problem, cubs are born in the Pridelands all the time.
However, there are some severe IC irregularities with this plot idea: Scar would never approve, Zira wants to kill Tojo and she is not known for her ability to forgive (especially now that she found out of the conspiracy!) |

Hey hey. Chumvi could always be Kovu's daddy. I mean, they do kinda look the same.   Vitani's mom could be Tama.   And ta-da! They could be a couple and have 'Tani and Kovu. Then, they'd be the same age, and we could get rid of the inbreeding issue altogether. And then they wouldn't have to get married or anything. Plus, it would turn Tama and Chumvi (if we get players for them) against Scar, since he 'stole' their children. |

I feel sorry for Tojo. I want him to have some sort of part in the second half, but after conftronting Simba and getting exiled, he doesn't have much to do.
