While thinking about the whole Simba returns to challenge Scar idea, and knowing that Tojo isn't gonna want to give everything up to Simba, I had a crazy idea. I just wanted to post it so you guys could cimment.
What if, after Simba demands that he be "crowned" king, Tojo challenges him? I mean, he's not going to be too happy about Simba just trying to take everything, since Tojo was really fighting against Scar and risking his life and everything, while Simba was goofing off in the jungle. And Tojo also doesn't think Simba will be a good king because he's spent his entire life eating bugs and having burping contests, you know? So he challenges Simba, and Simba wins, and, as his first act as king, banishes Tojo to the Outlands, and maybe if Tojo had some close friends and also people who thought SImba won't make a good king, could go with him. That would become the Outsider pride. What about that? I'm not gonna say Kovu is Tojo's son, because I don't want to be all usurping of the plot with Tojo, but it is something to think about.

Hmm. I kind of like that. The only thing is, Sarabi is on both their sides, and they have one thing in common, that they both want Scar out. So what if Sarabi found Simba and told Tojo about him and they worked together to overthrow him. But then they would both want to be king, so they'd challenge each other then?
*added* and then Simba would win, Tojo would be mad and leave, starting the outlands pride?

Yeah, that's what I was thinking. After Scar falls, after they attack him and remove him from the "thrown".
I also thought about maybe if Tojo doesn't beleive Simba is really Simba, just a random male. That would make Tojo even more distrustful. After all, Tojo thinkgs Simba's dead.

And what would Simba think about Scar? Maybe Scar can have him completely fooled until the Murderer sequence when Tojo learns Scar is the murderer, but then would Simba believe him?
I'm also thinking Vangr could discover Tojo's hunting team in mid-plotting. But instead of accusing them, he tells them he totally agrees and secretly joins the rebellion? |

I'm saying that Simba might sort of side with scar to avoid responsibility. Because I'm certain he would believe Sarabi a million times over Scar (didn't think of it earlier that's why I wasn't quite making sense haha), but what if he doesn't want to be king? Of course, after the Murder sequence, Simba WILL have a bone to pick with him |

Exactly! After returning, Simba must be as confused as can be. He will probably believe everything Sarabi tells him, but he might not want to overthrow Scar. And maybe he doesn't tell her anything about how Mufasa's death was "his fault". |

Tojo might join the Outlanders who are trying to de-thrown Simba because he doesn't think Simba should be king.

I also think it'd be cool if Sarafina & Scar had a cub around the time Kovu is born, and eventually the {unnamed} son of Sara & Scar will fight with Kovu for the place of being king of the pridelands.
Another idea I had was that possibly instead of Kovu turning good for Kiara, Kiara turns bad for Kovu.

I think the Scar/Sarafina idea is good. It would go along with our idea about Scar and Zira being too closely related, causing Nuka to be a "retard" and Shujaa to have that heart complaint (that was a long time ago, don't feel bad if you didn't know that, Rose Petals). Trying to find a good heir, Scar and Sarafina have a cub, but maybe Scar thinks its too risky to crown Sarafina's cub as king?
Maybe that cub had been Mheetu? Just a suggestion...
